Hector Cesar Alvarez (He was born on August 2, 1928 in Palermo, Buenos Aires and died on April 21, 1999 in Bernal).  His ashes were laid to rest in the Botanical Park where he lived much of his childhood.  The son of Spanish parents, he lived in the Capital and later with his siblings Oscar and Irma in Avellaneda. He reached his third year of secondary school and then worked as a mechanic for Dodero, a merchant marine ship company.

His military service was done in Toay, La Pampa in 1949
